Amanda beard is a bit nice isnt she WOW, never heard of her but wow shes nice!
She was a swimmer on the US Olympic Team(1996, 2000 & 2004). She won a gold medal in a relay at 14...the youngest for an American swimmer ever , I believe. She also won 2 silver individual medals that year (1996) for the breaststroke(100m & 200m), her specialty. She won another individual gold and 2 silvers in Athens (2004) for a total of 2 golds, 4 silvers and a bronze over 3 Olympic games. It's uncertain whether she's going to try out for the team in 2008. Swimming is a young person's sport and she'll be 26 then.
Not being a person who follows racing, I don't know how difficult a Top 5 is. Or, how difficult it is to become one of the 40 drivers. But, 17 (42.5%) out of 40 drivers had at least 1 Top 5. In the LPGA, 62 (31.5%) out of 197 players had at least 1 Top 5.
The numbers play out in favor of Natalie, but..... she doesn't enter turn one at Indy at 230+mph either....based on that, Danica rates higher for me...tough little 5' tall, 100lb girl.
OK, call me crazy. I always thought she was underrated. It's hard to find a sexy picture of Dorothy Hamill (the effort was there though ) so you'll just have to use your imagination.
