What other sports does everyone play? Or any other hobbies or interests for that fact! List em here so we can all get to know each other a little better!!
In the sports line it's nothing but golf, wouldn't have time for anything else anyway.......can't allow anything that interferes with the amount of time spent on the course
As for hobbies, reading and watching movies/TV is about it......Oh...and the odd decent Scotch.
I play soccer, and some Gaelic Football too. doubt if many people on here play it, its one of Ireland's national sports, similar to Australian Rules Football.
Paul McGinley used to play it, then smashed his knee-cap and turned to golf.
I play golf basically in the spring and summer, and then I play basketball during the fall and winter. The weather dictates what sports you can do here in the East Coast.
I play hockey, football, golf(of course), and i like playing lots of other sports too. I also like snowboarding. Here in Saskatchewan we don't get a very long golf season so i keep busy with other things too.
I still ski & bowl in addition to golf. Back in the day it was football, swimming & wrestling competitively. I still swim, snorkle & play some football just for goofs.

Hi Jim,
I'm not familiar with the climate there. Can you play year-round ?
Where I am, (east coast of the South Island) we have pretty good weather all year round. Though saying that a couple of weeks ago we had a good dose of wet (even a wee bit of snow) weather for a few days, but that was by far the worst weather for the whole winter.
These days it pretty much golf, though I used to be a season ticket holder at Fulham FC (football, or "soccer" to most of you). Occasionally play some football, some snooker/pool. And I run as well, do a few 10k races a year, nothing serious.
Does ping pong count? Just got a table for the boys as a kinda-sorta early Christmas present. Otherwise, a little racquetball, some swimming in the morning, hoops in a pretty competitive church league, huntin' and fishin'........and with pretty much all my athletic endeavors, as Charles Barkley once said, "the older I get, the better I was."
I used to play Basketball for my high school and I used to play Rugby League with my brother until it started to really hurt when he tackled me. Now its golf golf golf... and thats the way I like it.
