College football recruiting

my beloved hawkeyes had a great day yesterday at the AA High school game, although the east team got clobbered, but many players committed to the hawks.

and a big day for the tenn. vols also. maybe we'll play each other for the n.c. down the road. that would be a hoot.

Hopefully with Ty Willingham in our stable now, the Huskies can get it turned around. Rumor has it that we have a couple of real studs looking our way since we got the new coach.

That cushy Pac 10 schedule of yours ought to suit Ty just fine, as it did when he made his big splash at Stanford.

Tenn always has some stud recruits, yet they also always seem to be a upper level mediocre team at best...But, this is coming from a diehard Bama fan!

don't really follow sec football, but have always been intriged(sp?) by the alabama-auburn game, especially when bear bryant was the coach. lots of history and nostalgia there.

We don't like to talk about that...LOL! Seriously, the bama/awbarn game is a fantastic game. Nothing else like it, imo of course, but I have been to several to see first hand. It doesn't matter about records, it's all about pride, and I love that!
