European Tour

First of all, this may seem like a silly question, but i thought that every thursday a new tournament starts on both the PGA and the European tours. So how come there isn't one for the European tour this week ?

Secondly, once you have gone through Q - School, and you have a tour card, can you enter in both the PGA and the European tour ?

Thirdly, how much does it cost to enter Q - School ? And how much does it cost to enter tournaments on the PGA and the European tour ?

Thanks
