2005 TOUR Money Title

Vijay is going to play in his usual 28 or 29 tournaments, with Phil playing about 22 or 23 and Tiger playing about 18.

With the way Vijay is playing (and he's just starting to find his putter) so consistently well, does anyone think he won't win his third consecutive money title?

He's very likely going to unless Phil or Tiger manages to win 5 or 6 more events the rest of the season. He consistently finishes so high that it will take something truly spectacular to overtake him, given the difference in the number of events he plays over the other top guys.

Lot of golf left. There's some big, big payouts out there yet to be played. Three majors, two World Championships and a Tour Championship.

It sure looks like a 3 horse race for the Money Title of VY, Phil and Tiger...I wouldn't put it past Tiger to recapture it though...sure he missed a cut, don't read too much into that a new streak is about to begin at his next tournament...
