My vote is Bo Van Pelt. He just always seems really easy-going, and will chat, even during a tournament round. On various occasions - I've witnessed him chatting with fans during the local tournaments here (Byron Nelson Classic, and Colonial). He just strikes me as a humble and nice guy, and very talented to boot.
I can't believ noone mentioned him yet, but Jim Furyk. At a tournament last year, two 12 year old kids followed him all day, and on the 16th he stopped and had fluff give them a couple of his balls. What a cool guy. If more players were like that (listen up Tiger) the game of golf would expand to an even greater fan base.

I was thinking about this, and I realized how impossible it would be for Tiger to try this. The few times I made the mistake of trying to follow him, it seem like he had his hands full just trying to block out people from running him over.
We had someone out here moon him from a balcony that I don't know if he saw or not, but it took awhile for the crowd to calm down, as well as the constant burst of "support/encouragement" people yell.
I did like following Jesper Parnivik around though. He was a crack up with us.
I would have to say that above all....Peter Jacobson
a Man that preaches the fact that all tour players should play pro-ams and be nice to those that fund your way of life......and Payne Stewart would be my number one of ALL time.......
