Poor David Toms...
Man, if he loses this tourney by a shot or two, he's going to feel VERY bad about the 5 strokes he lost at the 8th and 9th today. He just had a tough little stretch...unbelievable shift in momentum for him: birdies the 6th with a 40 foot bomb putt, then double bogeys the 8th and triple bogeys the 9th. Bad finish for him and you gotta feel bad for him.

I am a true David Toms fan, after his 40 foot birdie I was sitting here chanting "LSU LSU LSU". Felt like I was watching the LSU mens baseball team when he doubled 8 and then trippled 9. OUCH!

David is tough as nails. He's not out of it by any stretch of the imagination and I still expect that he'll be right there with a shot at winning on Sunday.
