Uh, how is tiger doing this year?(other the whole missed cut thing). I guess being bulk is working for Tiger. I don't care if Tiger is bulked up or not. It is still fun to watch him play.

I like the newer bigger Tiger. He's shown that a a person can be a golfer and an athlete at the same time. Somthing other golfers didn't do that good a job of. Besides, with as good a shape as he's in can you imagine how long he will be able to play at a competitive level? And how many records he will have broken/created by the time he's finished?

Tiger technically isn't that big. He only weighs 180 lbs and at 6'2'' (accoring to golf magazine) that isn't huge. He just has a lot of muscle. In the article I was reading it said he is 180lbs, and has a 29 inch waist. (tiny!) I'm 6'2'' 170 lbs and have a 33 inch waist.

I think "bulked up" is a misnomer. To me, his body looks sculpted, in excellent shape! I'm much too old to be having these thoughts......but, YUMMY!!!

you call that bulked up?....more like slim and trim

With his distance I would say it is paying off. I am 6'2" and I weigh 175 with a 32" waist so I know how you feel. However I am not hitting my ball anywhere like Tiger is.

I agree...there is no doubt for brute strength that Daly is stronger. Daly does it with natrual strength....Tiger works at it.

The added bulk is crucial for creating the kind of clubhead speed and ball control from the rough he has. I don't believe anyone in the game today is better at going down and getting the ball out of the thick rough than Tiger...not only that but somehow he manages to get it to the green from places where the Justin Leonards of the world would be chopping it out 60 yards down the fairway.

it's great to see a golf player who looks great, as opposed to watching a bunch of overweight guys jiggling around the place

Hey... I take offense to that

Plus, the jiggling burns calories, so...

Oh well. Tiger isn't exactly large, but he has a great amount of upper body strength. Something i wish i had.

Tiger isn't "Huge" but it wouldn't suprise me if they said he could bench press 300 lbs.
