I off to St Andrews at 6.00 am tomorrow and will try to follow Clarke & Faldo from just after 1100, I would have followed them until the end but Ernie & Phil are paired so I really can,t miss that can I? what a prospect

I,ve just got home ,well at 9.35 actually, very long day and my feet are killing me but... "What a day"
Clarke and Faldo were both fantastic to watch, Faldo seemed to be thinking out every shot whilst Clarke just seemed to go for everthing! big crowd followed them and it was a struggle to keep up.
Went to have a look at Phil & Ernie but could not get too close, what a really nice guy Phil is though, seemed to be smiling and saying something to everyone.
Went back to Faldo & Clarke and watched them tee off at 18.
Saw a little of Tiger & Monty, Tiger looked a bit miserable from the start and the crowd noise for Monty was amazing, surprised as not everyone gets behind Colin from Scotland.
Tented Village was amazing too, all the big name brands there to see and try but got a little tired of their reps asking for your mobile/home telephone # and e-mail.
Still buzzing and will check out the highlights tonight on BBC.
