I would agree with two of those three.....the other, Oak Hill, you surely base on his performance at the 2003 PGA. He played horribly that week but I don't think that course would normally be too detrimental to his game. It sure ain't short, and an exceptionally wild driving week, even for him, was what doomed him there in the thick rough. Even at his typical 55-60% clip of hitting fairways I would expect that he'd be able to score well enough to have a shot there.

It would be interesting to see how Tiger plays one of my local Parr 3 18 hole courses, that is my favorite course, against the likes of Campbell, Bjorn, Clarke, Goosen, Vijay, Perry, Verplank, etc
He said a course of 6000 yards, not a hole of 6000 yards. Lefty was pretty much saying what you are saying; shorten the course so it's more accessible to other players to catch up to Tiger, and tend the course so that errant shots are punished and recovery isn't easy.
