Kind of disappointing to see young Ryan sitting in 61st place entering Sunday's final round. A great opportunity missed this week.
And speaking of missed opportunities, what of Aaron Baddeley and Charles Howell III? I keep waiting for these two to again show some signs of life.
On the brighter side, two guys who could really use a string of good finishes, Rory Sabbatini and Chad Campbell, are tied 15th and only three strokes out of the top ten.

I recently had the chance to follow Aaron and Charles at the Texas Open, Aaron was playing rather well I would expect him to breakout here soon, watching Howell on the driving range seemed to be missing right on his shots it was confirmed on the tenth tee he bombed one right, in the bushes. With that swing I would expect him to be a winner more often. Also had the opportunity to see Duval up close, he was all over the map but managed to get up and down from nowehere. David's priorities seem to be with his new family they where following him in the same gallery. Very nice guy especially with the kids looking for autographs. Tanaka not sure about spelling look out for this guy he has game.
Yep, he made the cut right on the number (-3). Nice 4 under back nine by Ryan. I hope the momentum carries over to the weekend and he cashes a big check.
Ryan's making somewhat of a move today. He's 3 under for today's round through the 15th. That gets him to 6 under for the tourney and in a tie for 39th place.
On the final day he's off to a good start -2 for 3 holes.
Update; Nice final round two birds each side for -4 68 NO bogies, I think he's learning the pro game. Currently 33rd, should finish about 35th.

Reason: add
The U.S. Amatuer Champion of 2004 ! He won just about everything you could win that year, about 7 tournaments. He just turned pro after the U.S.Open this year.
