Well done Colin.

I was so pleased to see Monty win " The Dunhill " at the Old Course, I guess its' a matter of preference but in spite of his demeanor which can be quite sour at times ( I can attest to that ) it was nice to see this beautiful swinger of a golf club win again. Oh sure he is not a great favourite of the fans in the States thats' something he did to himself and for him to work at correcting but if I could emulate two particular golf swings my first choice would be the big Scot's and secondly Nick Faldo ( a classic swing that has been overlooked for years, I.M.H.O. ). Okay lets jump up and down, what about Hogan and Weiskopf and Littler, etc. etc. etc. and of course " The Tiger " he is just awesome, would I not like to swing like Tiger, not really, then I would be accused of being a greedy lad. I just love Monty's swing, so smooth and fluid, yes it was nice to see him lift the trophy.

Do you think Tiger will be able to swing the same way he is swinging now when he is Colins age? I do not think so. My personal favorite is Ernie Els and Retief Goosen, so smooth and powerful at the same time

I must agree with the post, Monty played just awesome on Sunday. I was watching the tourney on TGC before heading off for work. He was playing very solid golf in tough conditions. I think his irons were just a tad off, but short game was second to none. I've really got to learn how to play the putter from over a 100 feet away, just amazing.

Hopefully Colin may one day win against the best players in golf. Nice win for him, though. A good confidence builder.
