Site listing players at The Tour Championship in GA?
I'm going to attend. My first event, and I'd really like to know who is going to be there. Any help?

Here is the link to the PGA Tour money list. The top 30 on the money list make the Tour Championship. Hope you have a great time at East Lake.

Yes, but the guy in your avatar, who is #1 on the money list is not going to make an appearance. I appreciate the response though, because I didn't know about the top 30 rule. Thanks.
Who opted not to play out of the top 30? (other than TW)

I'll be there for the Friday round. This will be the first tour stop I've been to since before Tiger joined the PGA. I hate that I won't see him in person.

Out of curiosity, where'd you read that Tiger wasn't going to be playing the Tour Championship?

I would love to go to East Lake.. All I would be able to think about was Bobby Jones... I dont think Tiger will be playing in the Tour Championship. I dont think he did last year either.

He played there last year. He was tied with Jay Haas entering the final round only to lose his third 54 hole lead on the PGA Tour when Retief Goosen caught and passed him for the win.

Greetings ...
Actually it's the Chrysler-Tampa Bay Classic, between the Disney Classic and Tour Championship, that Tiger has not played in.
In fact, Tiger's never played the individual Tampa event. But he did play in the old Mixed Team event with Kelli Kuehne in the late 90s.

In a post-round interview with Andy North, this past weekend, Tiger alluded to the fact that he is, in fact, playing in The TOUR Championship.
