Hall of Fame Eligibility

I think its too easy for players to qualify for the Hall of Fame. A set of standards would make it clear as to who is likely to make it based on tournaments wins and where placed in cuts made. For example, 30 PGA wins would qualify in my mind with Majors counting for 5 wins. Also, the European Tour wins would count as 3/4 of a win. Too many good golfers (not great golfers) are getting in nowdays and it makes the whole organization 2nd rate. What would be your standard?
