Well, in her 3rd tournament Pressel has a 60th place.
Does anyone think Wie would have a tournament placing that low?
Maybe Pressel is still lacking confidence after her poor finish at the Fields Open, where Wie trounced her when they were paired together.
In that way, this bet is shaping up quite well for Wie.
However, Pressel having so many tournaments to come, she said she expects to play something like 30, and Wie is playing just 8, so that gives an obvious massive advantage to winning first, and thus a massive advantage to winning this poll question.
What is happening with the girls?
Where's the smiles?
$2 - $5m even before they hit a golf ball and they walk around looking like they have lost there last dollor bill.
Lets see more of the Christina Kims about.
If Wie would play more than one LPGA event every two months, she'd win 5 LPGA tourney's before Pressel wins 1.
I wish she would focus on the LPGA. Then again, there is graduating from High School to consider.
She did ask the lpga to give her another exemption, so she could play the 2nd Hawaii event, earlier this season, but they point blank said no.
She is due to play her maximum 8 events so she can't really do any more, bar petitioning for lpga membership. Do you think she should? I don't, but I can understand why some people might like her to.

No, she's doing the right thing. I just didn't understand the situation and thought that she could have played in more LPGA events if she wanted to. What she's doing makes sense now that I know she's playing the 8 that she's allowed to play. Thanks
After some lackluster performances I had wondered if Morgan Pressel would win on the lpga this season at all.
This weekends event is one of the reasons that I said she had a good chance getting a win before Wie. Basically, all of the top10 players are missing from this field, so it is a very weak tournament. Michelle simply doesn't compete in these types of tournaments and this should give Morgan a big advantage.
After a lackluster 74, Morgan looked like she may be going home, being 2 shots outside the cut line.
Then she shoots 64. 8 birdies and no bogies.
She is still 5 shots off the lead, but not out of it.
By the way, the course is 6,062 yards, which is really short, even by lpga standards.
