Sorry League. Although Tiger will, in fact, be favored to win each and every major this year, he'll come away empty handed in 2006. And Phil will win a major for the third consecutive year. Enjoy your dinner, Golf-a-holic!

Tiger and I have until the last putt drops in the four majors to make you eat your words. Would you like some salt?

You've got some good eatin' coming your way, league! At least 2 good meals, maybe 3! And you won't have to buy any at all - I don't think any of the other "top" players will win a major this year. The one or two majors Tiger doesn't win will be won by Michael Campbell-esque type players.

Looks like we pretty much have a divided group so far here League....some who are major with you and some who are major with me have spoken their minds...

If this bet were proposed on my part back in 2000-2001, you'd have had some seriously good eating courtesy of me (where Tiger held all 4 titles at once)...however, during his winless major period of 10, I'd have eaten quite nicely with 4 titles of my own, 3 of them coming in 2004 with Phil, Goosen and VJ winning that year.

Since 2000, Tiger's won 8 majors and my guys have won 7 majors, pretty even Steven there...

I personally like my chances with Goosen and Ells this year in particular. Ernie in a Green Jacket? How great would that be!!!

That would be fitting...considering his history in that event. Other than Duval (who won't be winning the Masters anytime soon, although it's great to see him making small progress), no one in the last 10 years has had as many close calls without winning the event as he has.

I have the attitude of an Italian race car driver........What's behind me isn't important! All that matters is 2006!

$20.00 in your pocket? The bet is a $20.00 dinner and in the unlikely event any of the "other guys" win a major this year........I'm sending $1.00 McNugget coupons for your gourmet meal!
