Wierd thing about TourCast

This TourCast thing on http://www.pgatour.com (which you can use for free in January) is pretty cool. You can follow the whole field (at least the field on the Torrey Pines South course) shot-for-shot, with these kind of amateurish graphics. It is what it is, but it's the next best thing to taking off from work on a Thursday and watchin' golf

Anyhow, the wierd part about it is, they don't always show the shots in order. For ex., I'm watching JD's group, and he'll be the closest to the hole, but the next one to hit Then they'll show another player in his group hit 2 straight shots.

Now, obviously this is NOT how it goes in real life - I just wonder why they can't show the shots in order.

It is very confusing. I have given up until they figure out the bugs.

Ah, you can still watch it, and like I said, it beats not watching at all. This is the only bug that I can really see, actually.

I think it is a great service.
I noticed the same thing, but it didn't really bother me.
It is great to get some sort of an illustration of what is going on, as opposed to just figures. Great service.

Doesn't bother me, either - I like it even with this minor tic!

It's probably a communication thing. They likely have "reporters" all over the course and some delays may transpire.

I find it easier fo rthe days Mrs. Boomer is traveling to record it on the cable DVR and watch it in the evenings.....No silly sit-coms and i catch the whole telecast. I believe JD should be playing the easier of the two courses today....

Yeah, JD is playing the easier of the two. I'm watching Tig on Tourcast right now.

I'm guessing you have to wait until the freebies are over.
