What is Craig Parry doing playing on a Nationwide Tour event?
He's at the Jacob's creek event. Why isn't he playing on a PGA event, where the money is so much greater? After all, he is fully exempt and could play at Rivera.

Maybe
he's trying to get some "easy" world rankings points. It didn't happen, since he missed the cut.

How dare an Australian play in AUstralia when he should be supporting the uS Tour.
I hope he asked Finchem for permission to play in Australia.

Well, this event is a co-sanctioned event, with the European Tour. Craig played in the Johnnie Walker last week in Perth, and he finished off 2005 by playing in the triumvirate of major Australasian Tour events, so he is obviously enjoying some home cooking.

I was gonna say, it isn't just a Nationwide Tour event. And another thing - that boy needs Atkins. Big-time.

Ok, yep - you're right. Nonetheless, he's an Australian, and I can completely understand his wanting to support his home country.

Oooops! My mistake, Lefty. Sorry about that. I knew it was co-sanctioned with a major tour. The point is that Craig obviously enjoys being home while also getting in some good competitive tour rounds.

Well, I'm not sure who's sanctioning what here but I watched some of it today and those guys were playing like 15 handicappers (no offense!). Some really horrible shots. The course looked really dried out. The greens looked baked. Almost looked like an Open Championship course.

Plus He turns down the Match Play event
a guaranteed at least $27,000. He might play in the Nationwide New Zealand event. Now this is unreal...

Wrong, it has nothing to do with the European Tour. Parry and others are playing as members of the Australian Tour
