I have been a Patron since 2001 and have gone each year except 2003 and 2004. I have promised all the 20 or so guys (and gal) that I golf with that they each will get to go, so every year 2 of them go for the Sat and Sunday.

I even pay their hotel for them. (Not their flights though ) Just sort of a thank you for being friends for so long.

This is just too big of an event to not share with friends.

I always like the Thurs and Fri because you get to see the Past Champions. I'm taking my 18 year old son with me this year.

My mom goes next year. She is pushing 80 and cannot really travel but every year she watches the Tournament on TV and said she would like to try and make it. I wanted her to go this year but she has not been well enough to travel.

That's really cool brianf, and glad to see you're able to share the event with so many people you care about. Sounds like you'll have a good time with your son this year.
