I believe it is the Scotty putter. He just uses that particular grip. Been using it for years I think.

It's a Cameron with a Ping grip. In fact, it is the same putter he's used since 1999 or 2001. For whatever reason Tiger has always liked the Ping grip, I guess it comes from his days prior to Tour life when he played a Ping putter, which Cameron used as a reference for Tiger's current putter.

It's a Scotty Studio Stainless GSS with a ping grip.

He used to play a Ping Anser II when he was a kid, and though he's played a Scotty Cameron Newport II for the last ten years, he still prefers the grip from the Anser he played as a kid. He's got a supply of them and puts them on his Scotty.

I wonder if he realizes he's reduced the value of the Cameron putter when it comes time to trade it in? Most collectors want all original equipment.

Seeing as that sucker's a one-of-a-kind (it's got the words "Tiger Woods" etched into the back of it, I'm sure there ain't too many of them lying around), I think he'd be able to hock it on eBay to make the mortgage payment on his new digs in Florida if he had to

who would want the putter of a cursing, club slamming, underachiever who constantly drives balls at people?

If you do, I know 10 guys who do the same thing and buy their putters cheap.

LOL. I wonder if selling such a putter would put a curse on his game? I mean, he's won something like 9 majors with it I think. He's also buried so many clutch putts with it, it's not even funny. I guess I just wonder whether he's really that superstitious about it. What if he switched to one just like it? Do you think he'd still make the same kinds of putts that he has the last 8 years or so with that one? I wonder if simply knowing that his lucky putter is gone would have any impact on his putting ability? LOL.

tiger

Anything tiger uses is completly customed to tiger. He could have a scotty cameron putter but it could be something completly different than the scotty camerons we can buy. All of his irons and clubs are completely customary to him.

I read somewhere, maybe on Scotty's site that he had made what was to be two identical putters for Tiger. Tiger returned one of them saying that the sight line/dot was not the same size on both. After careful measuring it was determined that he was right.
