Post Singapore

Singapore has gone European this week with the OSIM Singapore Masters event. It's jointly sanctioned and hasn't really attracted any of the big names of European golf. Nickolas Fasth of Sweden is expected to do well, as is Nick Dougherty of Engand the defending campion and former Ryder up player Paul Broadhurst.
Peter Trevanien is also playing, very much a mood player. Iused to know him quite well when he played the European circuit, although he is from the U.S.. His wife is from Singapore so it's a home venue for him.
Hope he does well.

Nick Dougherty finished second one shot behind the winner with a five under par 67 in the final round. We shound also mention that Ross Fisher in his rookie year on the European tour tied for 3rd.
