Time to Change World Rankings
The world rankings should be over a 12 month period instead of a 24 month period if they want to use them to determine eligibility due to the rankings. Tiger can miss every cut in the next twelve months and still be ranked in the top 5/10. Singh can miss every cut in the next year and may be still in the top 50.

The golf ratings don't mean a thing to me. I'll flick on the TV and watch the event if some big names are close to the top and dukeing it out.
Since Tiger and VJ or other consistant winners are at the top they are not going to miss the next 20 cuts. I have nevr heard of this being a player complaint so I guess they do not have an issue. They are the only ones who should be concerned about this issue. brianf
