Okay, so I understand that slow play is extremely irritating.....and I understand that Rory was annoyed with Nick because they were put on the clock. But what's with having his wife get involved in the dispute?
Having Mrs Sabbatini walking around with the group wearing a tee shirt proclaiming in bright silver letters "Keep Up" seems to me quite unecessarily provacative.
I didn't post in the most recent favorite/least favorite thread but Rory etal are rapidly working their way onto my dislike list!
Nick Price is the former #1 player in the world and one of the most well-liked and respected players on Tour. Sabbatini is still a nobody in comparison.
Furthermore using his wife as a billboard is not only a breach of etiquette, not only in poor taste, but just way out of line. PGA tour wives - it's none of their @*&*@$* business what the PGA PLAYERS do, or do not do, on the course. If he has a problem with the pace of play he could (politely) ask his elder and superior in the sport of golf, if he could please speed it up a bit.
Nick Price made the cut whereas Rory has the weekend off again

Faldo's response was classic. I have to agree with you Donnakay, Rory and his wife are rising quickly up my 'least favorite players' list.
Well, I created the "like and dislike" thread. One of the reasons I created it was to announce the dislike of Rory Sabbatini. This, before the weekend even began, now I can't say that I feel too bad.
I saw the tee-shirt his wife was donning, and immed. considered it a whimsical joke that made light of recent slow-play problems her husband has had issues with. Almost like saying "we know it's a game, let's have some humor." Then the drastic ocurred-- she opened her mouth. Well then, my initial thoughts turned 180 degrees. I guess you should never give the benefit of the doubt to foolish people. Just click on the USA Today link provided in the post above.
Furthermore, for Rory to say, "I support her" is more inconsiderate then walking around with a selfish bullitan board on your shirt. Talk about a guy needs to "Keep (it) Up". Don't you have the ****** Rory to tell your wife to "show some respect for my fellow competitors".
They should both me ashamed of themselves.

When you have a slow player the whole group gets put on the clock and they are all subject to penalty. This being said it is understandable that a man might become a little upset if he felt that someone was endangering his score due to their slow play. Veteran or not, every player should be considerate of his fellow golfer. I am not saying that the Sabatini family's boorish behavior is acceptable, only that I can understand their frustration.

According to the article littlegolfwidow posted, the PGA has changed the rule to allow individuals to be put on the clock instead of the whole group.
The new rule covers when it is your turn to hit. You have a set amount of time to hit the shot or you are deemed to be slow.
Faldo was in trouble in the UK several years ago and was actually penalised two shots and he was in tears in an interview afterwards.
While Faldo is well known for slow play, Mrs Sabbatini is also well known for her stupidity. The difference is when Faldo finally hits, it has been something worthwhile ,leading to six MAjors. Mrs Sabbatini has nothing to offer other than a big mouth and attitude.
