Leaguegold,
hold on a minute. Whatever happens here Wie has not faltered down the stretch. She is the one player who has kept there throughout.
Ochoa has certainly faltered badly with 4 bogies, including 3 in 4 holes.
Hats off to Natalie Gulbis, I didn't think she would hold on this late in a tournament.
Alot will be decided by Karrie Webb on the 18th hole. Some people may like to take jibes at Wie, but if Webb were to birdie 18 and win, I would congratulate her because she has been stunning today. At -5 for the round, who else is even close to that? If she wins it she deserves it and that is no knockdown to Wie, although Ochoa has certainly let it go.
Wie is under par for the round, and if she plays the last few holes well, then fair play to her.
I'm still backing Wie to win this thing, at -8.
for once i agree with rodney_wie. it will be Webb winning it rather than Wie losing it no matter what happens.
Wie almost jarred one from the fairway on 16 for a tap-in bird. She's one back with about 40' for bird on 17. Gulbis & Ochoa are both 2 back with much shorter putts on 17.

Thanks for that.
I really hope Wie pars 17, so that she has some chance.
Keep us updated on Wie on 17, please.
