Very hot, dry, and breezy conditions

today, combined with very difficult pin placements, means higher scores. So the winning score almost certainly will not be even par or better. Not especially windy although 10 - 15 MPH does make it more tricky as well as drying the course more. The problem is going to be barely controllable baked-out greens in the afternoon, there could be more train-wrecks on the leaderboard on the back nine
