The Cialis Western us coming up, keep your eye on John Daly and Notah Begay. This course is great for both of them.
Obviously Tiger is going to be the “hometown favorite”, but will he make the cut? Hello yes but don’t be too sure at the British Open.
Notah is a very good friend of Tiger’s, they went to Stanford together and Tiger is always pulling for Notah and giving him help with his game. The last time Notah and Tiger played together, Notah almost took the tourney.
I had the pleasure of playing golf with Notah when I was living in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we played a couple of 18’s together at twilight time. He can hit the ball, no problem there. Poor guy ran into a little problem with the “bottle ” but has squared himself away since. When Notah was playing constantly on the tour and winning a couple of times, I watched him donate nearly all of his winnings to his people. Notah has a heart of gold. I lived in Alb. for 5 years and trust me, living on a reservation is not my idea of country living.
Notah is looking really fit these days, and I'd really love to see him get back in the groove. I understand he can be quite a character.
Although I wouldn't mind seeing Tiger win, I really just want to see him perform well, hit some fairways, and use this as a stepping stone to the Open. A solid top-10 showing by Tiger should give the bookies and odds-makers something to think about!
By the way, how's the golf down in Costa Rica? I'd love to come down there and catch fish in the morning and golf in the afternoon!
The Western Open is one of my favorite events...a typically strong field is assembled at the oldest of the non-major events on the PGA Tour, and hopefully the Dubsdread Course at Cog Hill will be up to the test. Tiger usually plays well here, and he's admitted before that the course fits his eye, so hopefully he can use this one as a springboard for the Open Championship.
Hi, inconsistent, you're invited down here anytime, I'll treat you to a great time. Let me know when and I'll set up an itenerary for you that you'll talk about for years to come. Tarpin fishing in the morning and a beautiful 18 hole course to die for in the afternoon. First class, all inclusive hotels, trips here and there.
Don't bring the wife, you won't need to . LOL
What do you guys think about a Driving Distance matchup between Camilo Villegas and John Daly and Camilo spots Johnny D. a yard and half?
Has anybody read Daly’s book, “My Life In and Out of the Rough”? Excellent book about John’s life and the tour in particular. Johnny D. has lived 20 years of life in 10.
And then, Tiger Woods matched up with Johnny D. on driving accuracy, both are dead last.
I hope John does well at the Cialis, he needs it right now for his golf game.
I hope Tiger gets out of this golf funk he is in. I think that the US Open was just too hard of a course to come back on. The Western is much better for him. As far as the British open he has to be the favorite. He always does well in the UK.

he would'nt dare. he would never make it out of there alive. in fact, if he could hide this post, he would. he tells me, she's tough!
Glad to hear Tiger is playing this week. Watch for a TV ratings boost!
This season has been very ho-hum in terms of generating excitement in terms of big names stars competing outside the majors. Torrey Pines, and Doral were somewhat exciting. But it seems after the Masters we really haven't seen the big guns of the PGA Tour really go mano on mano with each other at a tournament.
Tiger has shot himself right back in it! -4 with 5 birdies so far through 8 holes!
Yes, a much better round going today...if not for the slipup on #16 (had 130 from the fairway, flew it over into the back bunker and couldn't get up and down), he could be right on the leaders' heels!
A good event is shaping up for tomorrow, with Vijay in the lead and several solid players in between he and the other two big names, Tiger and Furyk, who lie 3 back. Tiger has steadily improved each day...I have a feeling we might see something special from him tomorrow.
