That tournament was on the golf channel, which is channel 423 here, maybe it's different in the uk, but it would surely be just a few channels after the sky sports channels, and you don't have to pay to get it.

wish i did have sky digital mate. just got the basic cable with the sky sports channels. gotta look into getting sky digital though, wanted it a few months ago, but it went by and haven't really thought about it since, might give em a ring today though to see.

I know you are a big golf fan, so The Golf Channel is a big incentive for getting sky digital.
It has alot of lpga events. If you're still not impressed, one thing that I find really good, is that for the majors, for example The Open Championship, they show the press conferences beforehand with the players, and more importantly when network coverage goes off, the golf channel go live and discuss the round, and interview players and discuss it all.
That was great for the US Open for example, where they showed Monty and Phil etc and their press conferences. There's more, but I'm starting to feel like a golf channel rep, so that's enough to mention.

Also, in Ireland, Sky Digital are running a promotion, where they give Sky Sports for 6 months for free, when you sign up.

I don't want to be a Sky Digital rep. either.

sounds good mate, i want it now. didn't even know the golf channel was on in the UK and Ireland.
