Potentially great news for Tiger fans...
It looks like he's considering not even having his driver in the bag this week at the Open. Some might call it crazy, but I think it's a good plan for him. The more trouble he eliminates from his game, the better.

He's also replacing his 5-wood with his 2-iron in order to take advantage of the fast fairways (his 2-iron has a lower trajectory obviously). We might be seeing quite a few 300 yard 2-irons this week from El Tigre as well as the rest of the field.
