After 3 round, Rodney was in 34th position of the 39 competitors.
Then after the 4th round, up to 5th position.
Surely that is some kind of record.
The way I came up the field down the stretch at a major should be an inspiration for the other contestants.
good run, but a little to late to pose a real challenge.
i think i only moved a few places the whole way through it, seems i was only just bottom half after every round.
The bronze medal....best ever for me. If only Goosen and Jiminez could have produced on the weekend, it coulda been a gold. Plus it didn't help that Luke Donald forgot to show up this week. Oh well...on to the PGA.

...or maybe not. Your 2989 should have placed you a bit farther down the list. I had you placed where 2889 would've been. The standings have been corrected above... and allowed me to stumble barely out of the bottom 10. Nice catch Rodney. Thanks.

Hey thats not fair. Michelle has already sent me a congratulatory message, and said that a high finish in a major is a great achievement.
You should award the Rodney man a 250 point reduction due to pain and suffering caused by your error. That should get the win.
This was pretty much a foregone conclusion after the first few holes. All of the MCs were assigned an 80 courtesy of Calc . Saturday's MCs were adjusted from Casey's 79 to Marko Ruiz's 80 as I'd forgotten my own rule .. MCs received the highest score from the field, not just from those chosen. A big congratulations to Tiger on #11 and his 3rd Open. I'm sure that Victory had some fabulous prize in store for you, glf22, but I believe he is in some sort of witness protection program ... so in the meantime a big, gaudy tagline in your signature, hailing your victory, will have to do.
