I wouldn't think that there would be much of a conflict until his kids were of school age. He can certainly afford whatever is required so that his family can travel with him in comfort & luxury. Once the kids start school, they'd want a more stable environment for them I would think. That's at least 6 years down the road.

He shut it down for 9 weeks this year for reasons much more traumatizing than having a child and his record shows 3 wins so far on Tour with much of the season yet to go. Can you see any reason to believe that he wouldn't have the same success if he takes time off for the birth of a much-wanted child? As to Earl's contribution, for much of Tiger's youth, Earl worked a full time job and still had plenty of time for his family. Good example for Tiger.

Remember, he only has to play, what 15 events?, to keep his card and with his winning percentage....well, unless he has a career ending injury, Slammin' Sammy's record is going to fall!
