Actually, I think it's wheetbix, not wheatbix. Anyway, I eat mine crushed up (but not too crushed up, bite sized chunks) with nilk and sugar and sometimes sliced banana. If it's the middle of winter (like right now) I might leave them whole and pour hot milk or water over them, again with sugar.

There's a new version now with chocolate chips in, its great I have it every morning with just enough milk to soften it but not make it squashy and no sugar.
