Tiger, Luke Shootout for the Final Day

Tiger Woods, and Luke Donald are tied for the lead going to the 18th for Luke Donald. Tiger shot 65 today and Donald will tie if he pars the last hole. Now we will see a Tiger Woods, and Luke Donald shootout, I think Tiger will come out on top for sure because Luke Donald has no experience being in the final group on Sunday, but the way hes playing he will sure make it interesting

And if the conditions stay the same, Tiger's (and Bob May's) PGA scoring record may fall. (to Tiger again, of course!)

Nope! I'm going out on a limb here and picking someone from behind them. Tiger, Luke and Weir all went VERY low today. Too difficult to follow that up with another low round. They will be battling each other whilst someone steals the trophy. I give them nothing lower than a 69/70 tomorrow. Oglivie...is lurking. Phil still hasn't gone low...look out tomorrow!

I don't think Donald can handle all the hoopla tomorrow. Don't forget Weir.

I think it will boil down to who can keep their drives in the fairway.

Tiger and Donald have both had EASY rounds of 68 or better the last 2 days (3 days for Donald). Tiger could have shot 2 or 3 shots better today easily. I think he'll go out and shoot a 67 or better tomorrow if conditions stay the same. I don't know whether that will be enough to win, but I hope it is.

And don't forget that he went to NorthWestern which is in Chicago and he lives there as well. Talk about a "hometown boy". I think Luke will finally make a statement to the golfing world in winning today.

Don't under estimate Mike Weir , been there and done that ! The pressure is slightly off him with his grouping. However my big hope is Ogilvy , if he is on his game and gets off to a good start watch out. I really think he will attack the back nine .

Like I said in another post, guys that are coming from behind have a better shot than pulling this off than Luke. It's just so tough to go head-to-head vs. Tiger in the last pairing on the last day. Not many have been able to stand up to the challenge. Only 2 or 3 come to my mind that have matched him (May, DiMarco, Goosen). Pressures not there as much when you're coming from behind in a different pairing. So watch out for Ogilvy or Weir today.

So much for "Who's gonna challnge Tiger at Medinah?". The man is just dominating the golf world, like it or not. This win will cinch his POY selection as well.

So much for Phil - he's just another average player in the middle of the pack this week. Wonder what ol' Pelz will have to say about his boy now? I can hear the excuses being developed right now!

Tiger Woods is far from dominating golf. Were you even watching the PGA, no one was making putts except Tiger sinking his fluky bombs. Give Luke Donald, Mike Weir, or Adam Scott a good putting round, and Tiger Woods would be walking home empty handed. But as usual everyone collapses and Tiger Woods is the lucky one on top.
