What % of players on tour would take Tigers 5 wins as their career?

If you were to take a poll of players on tour how many would take 2 majors, 1 World Golf Championship and the 2 other wins Tiger has had in a row(2months period) and make that their entire career. Remember some guys wont win but once or twice or 3 or 4 times and have zero majors much less 2 and a WGC.

...................90%

the 10% would be comprised of the elite who have already surpassed those numbers, and the next echelon of players who hope to.

Of course, this would be their honest answers.

I suspect that if the players were polled, many of them would have pie in the sky aspirations, and not admit that 2 majors, 5 overall wins would be a great career.

I agree with 14and18...it'd be a very large percentage. 80% at the minimum.

I'll go with 50%. Have known a few who tried their luck and none have won more than 2 as of now.

a ton would, because RARELY players win multiple times in one year unless your Tiger Woods, who wins 6 times last year, and 5 this year in a row, great players wouldnt, but look at a Charles Howell the 3rd, you would of thought more then one win by now

I'd say 80%, especially as the given mix is 2 Majors, a WGC, and 2 Tour events. A lot of guys with a win or two would trade up for 1 Major, so that mix of 5 would be dream-time for most Tour pros.

In fact I reckon some of the Ryder Cup guys, like Wetterich or Taylor would settle for that.

Well when you look at Tom Lehman, a former world #1, only has 7 tour wins including 1 Major, I think lots of players would settle for it.

I agree! Definitely 70-80% of the field would love 2 majors on their resume. This sort of thread just proves how amazing Tiger really is.
