Phil has just completely lost it mentally since the US Open. Second withdraw since that loss. One at the par 3 and now this week. He has gone

I think since his gung-ho preparation for majors, he completely burns out by the Fall. I would ask him in the future to not participate in the Ryder Cup. John Rollins couldn't have done much worse.
