I'll take his word for it, but I can't even imagine hitting a golf ball with a broken hand. This man has heart and should be a Captain's choice for the next Ryder Cup. There still are a lot of American PGA tour players w/heart.
if he was on the ryder cup team the u.s.a players would atleast have a good time. its funny it seems that he plays better with a broken hand second round 65, not bad.

It is questionable because he is in serious danger of having to go through 2 stages of qualifying school, and he needs to be in the best of health to compete. Plus he can apply for a medical extension for a few events next season.

Exactly. He's not playing because he has the biggest heart in the world (he might though), but because he absolutely has to in order to keep his card.
