all im saying is it wasn't easy. trust me, a 6-8 footer for par with virtually no break in, Monty would have made 9 times out of 10 in that same pressure.

oh I agree, I think the commentators said that final putt he had was somewhere along the lines of 6-8ft. His putt was a fast one too, coming down the hill...

yep, was a pity really. Petterson's putt showed how much break (and from Petterson's putt, it appeared Monty hit it correctly), he hit it right lip (an inch more pace and it was probably holed) and lipped out on the left, Monty hit it just outside right (probably about the same pace as Petterson) and it didn't break at all until after the hole.
