I'd would prefer to pull for the US as well, but Harrington and McGinley usually make a tough team to beat.

The U.S. team consist or Stewart Cink and J.J. Henry. Surely enough strike terror into the rest of the field.

The South African is in the lead after the first round. I'd expect them or the Australian team to at the top of the leaderboard when the tournament ends. My dark horse pick would be Sweden.

It was on ESPN today and will be tomorrow as well, I presume. It'll be on ABC this weekend.

BTW, I'll say South Africa.

all the way to Barbados
They must live in Florida to have travelled all that way overseas. There must be at least 1000 miles of water between them and MacDonalds

I don't think there's any place on earth that you can be 1000 miles from a McDonalds.
The South Pole maybe...

Well Germany won it with a clutch up and down in the playoff against Scotland. Sweden really threw it away though with a 3 putt on 18 to miss the playoff

yep, they may have threw it away, but Monty missed a similar putt in the play off as what Petterson missed on the 72nd hole, so the putt was far from easy, nothing worse than a 3footer with a lot of break in that sort of pressure.

Germany rallied today though and posted the lowest round score of the day. It was a good win for them.

It's tough to make 2 clutch back to back putts for par. On the 72nd hole he already made a clutch 8-10 footer to make it into the playoff
