It's the general consensus of most people that either cover golf in the media or play it that Adam Scott is one of the best young golfers on the planet. His play last year where he challenged for wins at the Wachovia Championship, Bryon Nelson, and Barclays Classic were signs he was gaining the confidence needed to compete with the "Big Dogs" on the PGA Tour. His win at the Tour Championship was an affirmation of his confidence.

I look for Adam Scott to have a breakout year on the PGA Tour. The only thing that can hold him back is his putter.

I could see Adam winning at Carnoustie this year, hoping he starts challenging at the Maor scene now
