I voted "no he won't" only because the odds are that someone else in The Field will win. I would have voted "no he won't" regardless of whose name was in the question (Phil, Ernie, whoever).

However, I do think that Shigeki has the game to be a major champion. My first memory of him is when he did well at Augusta a few years ago (weaing a cowboy hat!). Not only does he have game, he's got such a great, joyful attitude. As a major winner, he'd be a popular champion.
