Jimenez is REALLY playing well of late. He went out and had a really strong first round. He's making it known that he's going to be a player to be reckoned with this year.

Jimenez is very much in the hunt after the second round. What's surprising is that Paul Casey missed the cut

i feel Jimenez today was even more impressive, due to 2 early bogeys and some classic par saves (and ofcourse a few, little more than tap in birdies), could have been any number if Jimenez wasnt on it, but saved the day and finished under par for the day.
and although not surprised by Casey missing the cut, i didn't expect it (not expecting something is a surprise though )

Well Jimenez is REALLY putting well and his iron play is also impressive. Once again this sets up for a very competitive leaderboard with some very quality names at the top. It's should be mentioned that there is an 18 year old thai golfer named Chinarat Phadungsil that's also held his own very nicely over the first two rounds.

Looks like Goosen was the winner. With the Goose, O'Hern, Els, Appleby, McDowell, Romero, Stenson, and Dimarco all around the lead...the Buick could only have hoped for such a star-studded leaderboard.

Good to see Tiger back and choosing his events with weak fields to notch up another win!

Well he'll be in Dubai next week. So maybe he can get a win against a quality European Tour field. The way he is playing right now he's got to be the favorite in any tournament he enters.

Retief has played some solid golf since he decided to work on his swing late last year. He played some great golf on the back nine to pull out this win.

And how about that eagle putt! Everyone has commented on Tiger's, but an eagle on the 18th to win!
