I absolutely like watching the Champions Tour. I too grew up watching a lot of these guys on the PGA and it's great to see them having some fun on the Champions Tour. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual and they all get along with each other and the galleries. Someone mentioned the unusual swings on some of the old timers and it's true that many of these guys didn't have swing coaches to make their swings look perfect....yeah, these guys are just fun to watch and particularly now and in the last 2 years and in the upcoming couple of years, a lot of former big winners from the PGA are gonna be on the Champions Tour. It's a cool tour.

I enjoy the old guys (being one myself) and especially now that fellow Pensacolian Jerry Pate is healthy again.

The Champions Tour is appealing in moderation. Great to see yesterdays champions slug it out on courses that are set up for easy scoring (excl. Open). Some of the swings are great to watch as they are so different to the 'modern' game. Overall, good entertainment but hard to compete with the 'big boys'.

Yes, I actually enjoy the Champions tour more than the regular tour. I think the players are a lot more personable and laid back, and this tour has likewise never been more competitive.

Last season added Loren Roberts and Jay Haas to the mix. Add Fred Funk to that list now, along with Nick Price later on this season, as well as Mark Omeara, etc. (I'm sure I'm leaving some soon-to-be Champions Tour rookies out this season.)

It's a lot more competitive than it used to be. And you see a lot of the same players each week, which is neat from the perspective of actually getting to know their games and personalities a bit better.
