They all need to go! pro-ams are just horrible events in general.

sorry to hear you guys don't have power buttons on your tvs... jk!

i think there could be a lot more action in your usual golf telecast, the pga needs new viewers or we won't be able to watch ANY golf on tv... and the bottom line is that lopez makes it more fun to watch for more people...

maybe start a poll. Lopez is by nature a clown, that is what he does for a living , but i don't mind watching the guy in between some golf....

Well stated.

Get Lopez back to sitcom where I can turn on something else. I don't care if I ever see a "celeb" or "executive" play on TV again. Even Jack Lemmon at Pebble grew tiresome.

Funny, but I guess I am in the minority here because I did not mind Lopez at all.

I like George Lopez. I did not see the interview or watch the event however so he could have annoying during it.

Frankly all todays celebs are trying to fill bigger shoes than they can handle. Watch old video of the Hope and the Crosby(which is called the Pebble Beach now, what a sham), Hope Crosby Gleason,,,,,, Those guys were funny, but not at the expense of the game and they did it with class.

It wasn't too bad for a while. Lopez was just trying to make golf fun. Some people who didn't like golf may of tuned in to hear the antics. You guys all like to watch straight up golf, and thats not what this pro am is about for the first 2 days. Everyone is just having a good time.

The one I thought was a little over the top , was the guy doing all the impressions. The first couple were awesome. But the 20th time they showed him he was still going strong on impressions.

I would play a round with lopez, as long as none of my money was on the line.

I don't mind GL. I'm just glad most of the coverage of PGA events aren't like the European Tour. My God it's hard to stay awake for those.
