He won 3 straight U.S. Junior Amateur's and several Junior World's if that's any indication.

At age three, Woods shot a 48 over nine holes at the Navy Golf Club in Cypress, California, and at age five, he appeared in Golf Digest and on ABC's That's Incredible.[13] In 1984, he won the 9–10 boys' event at the Junior World Golf Championships. He was only eight years old at the time, but 9–10 was the youngest age group available. Woods went on to win the Junior World Championships six times, including four consecutive wins from 1988 to 1991. Also in 1991, at the age of 15, he became the youngest U.S. Junior Amateur Champion in golf history. He was voted Southern California Amateur Player of the Year for the second consecutive year, and Golf Digest Amateur Player of the Year. In 1992, he successfully defended his title at the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, and competed in his first PGA Tour event, the Nissan Los Angeles Open. The following year, he won his third consecutive U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, and remains the event's youngest-ever and only multiple winner. In 1994, Woods became the youngest ever winner of the U.S. Amateur Championship. He was a member of the American team at the 1994 World Amateur Golf Team Championships. Later that year, he enrolled at Stanford University, and won his first collegiate event, the William Tucker Invitational.

Ive done research on Tiger for school a couple of times and i cant remember ever reading about if he was on a high school golf team or not and what might have he accomplished there while on a team. Does anybody know if he played High School golf.

Thats sad. At age 5 he was better than I am now. Come to think of it, he may have been better at age 3 as well. I think my **** just shrank.

Tiger never won the CA Individual State Champ in '91. He did win a h.s. sectional in '91.

Winners and Runner ups from '91-94 were:
1991 Brian Smock Coronado 141 Chris Riley Madison 143
1992 Chris Riley Patrick Henry 141 Mike Ruiz Patrick Henry 146
1993 Greg Padilla Torrey Pines 145 Ryan King Rancho Buena Vista 145
