Have fun! I am routing for Lorena Ochoa, but I do not have ESPN2 at my current location (hence the thumbsdown ^)!

Ochoka

Hello, I'm an Annika fan, so please excuse my name for Ochoa (Ochoka), it's not personal. I just want Sorenstam to keep #1 this year. I would not mind if Creamer, Francella, Pressel, Se Ri Pak, Pettersen, Lincicome, or a few other people win, but definitely not Ochoka, because by winning she could unseat Annika for #1. Now I realize it would be super if Annika's swing came back, for her sake. But I feel that Ochoa thinks it will be easy to unseat Annika. In my opinion she has not paid her dues yet, and I definitely don't think she deserves all the hype without even winning one major. Even if she won A major, so what? That's a relative flash in the pan compared to so many of these women. I'll be rooting for Se Ri, Francella, Pressel, Pettersen, and Annika on Sunday, not Ochoka, who definitely choked today with a 7 on the Par 3 17th, and a bad chip on 18.

Lorena's my girl. IMHO Annika's priorities aren't the golf thing any more, I really prefer Lorena's style of play and her composure both on and off the course.

Lorena got a quad on a par 3 today. She'll have to go really low tomorrow to win. Se Re Pak has the lead, and has never lost when she has had it. But, this is golf, so who knows what will happen?

Ochoa may have shot herself in the foot yesterday, but it's more likely she comes back from 5 shots down, than Sorenstam coming back from 10 shots down.
Personally, I'm pulling for Creamer in this one, but wouldn't mind seeing Pettersen win it. Pak has gotten her old form back, or so it seems, so I expect her to be tough to beat today.

Ochoa was the hottest Lpga player last year.....but all the extra attention has seemed to hurt her game....Last year I wouldnt count her out 5 shots behind but this year I wouldnt place my money on it.....I love Annika but going thru some swing changes I dont think she is gonna have another hot year...more like last years a couple wins maybe one major.

But come on paula I wanna see a american win the first major of the year and would like too see her be the first this year to win 2 times.

Its good to see Suzann Pettersen (nicknamed Tutta in Norwau)being in contention for the second event in a row, i just hope she close the deal this time. It would be the first victory for a Norwegian in a big golfturneanywhere :)

Yeah, by default . . .

But, a win is a win . . . even by a snooty little 18 yr old.

Hmm. let's see....Morgan Pressel....Tom Morris, Jr....end of list.

While it was won in Ben Curtis style, finishing well in front of the leaders, she did post a bogey free 69 with a birdie at the last. Well done indeed.
