Definitely is a strong field.

Even the Wednesday Pro-Am will have an interesting pairing. Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan. Unless most Pro-Ams where there are 3 amateurs per Tour player, the Wachovia Pro-Am only has two amateur. That third guy sure is lucky!

Here is some information on the 2nd amateur.

Woods and Jordan are to tee off at 7:30 a.m. from the first tee at Quail Hollow. Filling out the threesome will be Skipper Beck, president and CEO of Beck Imports of the Carolinas, who supplies the tournament with courtesy Mercedes-Benz cars.

Quail Hollow's signature hole is nearly an island, which forces players to carry the ball 200 yards to clear the water. The shot will also need to be faded to settle the ball on a precariously perched, back-to-front and right-to-left sloping green. Spectators will enjoy the birdie-or-blunder potential this hole possesses -- as well as the view of the lake stretched out behind the green.

The member tees are the easier angle from the left - the pros are playing from the back right tees.

2nd toughest hole on the course today, playing to a stroke average of 3.286.
