Surprised that the catering list is so simple. In Hawaii, a lot of people come in on private jets for some rest and relaxation. It has led to increased catering business and I've read some stories about some of the stuff requested. Even a lot of commercial flights have elaborate menus on international premium class flights.

Then again, Tiger Woods seems to have "everyday" kind of tastes from his previous Masters champions dinners.
