Maybe quit playing competitively, and get back to playing for fun. Her biggest problem seems to be her meddling parents and the entourage that follows her around.

And I would have won a tournament or two by now if it weren't for you meddling parents!
She is just a kid who has had an injury. What a deal, she has millions in the bank, is going to be a freshman at Stanford, can play the Stanford course whenever she wants, gets to go to football/basketball and water polo games, gets to go to the City on the weekends to enjoy great food and music, gets to go to the Big Game against Cal, can join clubs, gets to learn at a school where it is virtually impossible to flunk out and gets out of the public limelight for a while. Keg parties, all night raves, an actual social life and great facilities for training. Sounds too good to be true and just what the doctor ordered! A chance to be a somewhat normal kid away from those domineering parents for the first time. Plenty of time for pro golf down the road.
stanfords just gonna lose the big game against cal,go bears!
You know I can't resist responding to anyone saying GO BEARS! I travel around America a lot and from time to time I see people on the streets or airports of random cities with Cal hats on which always results in me yelling at them: GO BEARS!! Smiles and high fives all around follow with new friends being made with great stories of past and present times at Cal. So proud to be a Bear. I went to Cal because my coach told me to (from upstate NY) and I had no idea where it was except near San Fran. Got off the plane in Oakland in 1974, Bart to Berkeley, than cruised down Telegraph by Peoples Park with tear gas, cops, rubber bullets and crazies all around. What the heck did I get into here? Studied Philosophy and had the most incredible collegiate experience any athlete could ever dream of having. Got thrown out of Harry Edwards' meetings for athletes because I was not Black and called him and everyone else out and a hypocrite-- Muncie agreed with me. Got thrown out of the Philosophy library because I was a jock with a letter jacket on, shaved head and earings on (this was back in 1974!!) because no athlete could possibly be smart enough to be in the program. Kicked all of their butts and put their stereotypes right back in their faces. Now I am a lawyer and get kudos from being from Cal; I say, nuts to you, it does not matter where you are from just how hard you fight and how good you are! Cal is the best ever and I am so proud to be a conference champ for life. My Trust says that I will interred and my ashes placed on the 4th tee of Torrey Pines South (not the bush where everyone relieves themselves) with a headstone hidden in the brush saying: "GO BEARS, BEAT STANFURD"
People seem to wonder why Michelle gets PGA Tour invites. Whether she's worth it. I don't think you can argue that her not playing this week at the John Deere is a good move or not. It obviously is... but looking through the Tour Talk forum, imagine how much discussion there would be on this tournament if she were in the field.
why dont u stop posting **** fourms and dont tell some 1 who is much better than u 2 quit yes she is on a down slope at the moment but she is young shes still got 20 years off good dolf in her theres nothing a bit of coaching can fix so stop bag mounthing her
of course not! i blame her father for letting her compete not only professionally, but on the men's tour. she needs to play at least a few years in college to go back to the LPGA and she needs to win at least a few times on the LPGA before she competes on the PGA tour again.
she is just making it worse for herself. she has only experience failure on the PGA tour. she needs to learn how to win before she tries the PGA tour again.

Reason: adding words
Michelle Wie shot 1 under today and even for two rounds in the Evian Masters. This is the reason that she should not quit. I think her game is slowly coming back and she will be in the top ten soon.

Oh in the name of all that is sane, please say it's not so. I thought we finally had a harmonious accord here that this person shouldn't really warrant any more discussion space.
