and phil is -3 after 5. Beating tiger by 6.... pwnage...
There are still A LOT of holes left to be played. A little early to be talking about 'ownage' when the sentence includes Phil Mickelson. I'm pretty sure Phil would trade being up six strokes on Tiger at the Deutsche Bank for Tiger's 13 majors faster than you can think 'ownage'.

Well ''supertiger'' I thought that was pretty cool that the guy who is amazing is being beat my 6 shots after 4 holes.Thank you. We're all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view. Buy the way, Tiger shot +1, Phil shot -1, not that I care, but you obviously care considering you are getting uptight over a small statement by me...

Not uptight about what you said. More like disappointed that you didn't answer the question I posted on the thread and instead took it as an opportunity to throw out some teenage trash talk. Nothing about my original post had anything to do with Mickelson as I was simply asking how Tiger got to +3? Reality is that Tiger rarely bogeys a par 5 and even more rare is a double bogey on a short par 4. I wanted to know what was going on...not what you thought about Phil.
As someone said there is a lot of golf to be played. The low scores are out there and the weather will be perfect...sunny and 70s for the next three days.
Wonder if Camilo can keep it up? He sure played great today.
Are you a Villegas fan? The Golf Channel had a really interesting one on one interview with Camillo. He talked about how last year was a learning experience and this year he's really starting to believe that he can hang with the best. An interesting comment..."I've learned that I can't play every week, even though I'm only 25." He went on to say that the mental pressure at the PGA TOUR level is much more than he expected. That's saying a lot from a guy that was a pretty good college golfer.
I hope he continues to play well...I enjoy watching him and in time I believe he'll win a major or two...maybe more.

I like to watch him swing. He seems to take the club back on 3/4's and generates some real club head speed. I've been working on shortening my backswing for quite a while now, so I like to watch him swing.

The latest Golf Magazine has a pretty good write up on shortening the backswing and the benefits of doing so. On a related note...Camillo's commitment to fitness is pretty amazing. The Titleist Fitness Center on the Golf Channel showed some of the exercises he does....and it was pretty cool to see. I tried his routine (dumbells, a balance ball, and a place to stretch are needed) and I couldn't do the full number of reps and I spend three or four nights a week at the gym lifting and stretching. He'll be around to enjoy for a very long time.
