2008 Ryder Cup Scenarios
Best to Worst...
1. A close win by U.S. - shows the U.S. rebounded, and the rivalry intensifies. Makes 2010 event interesting. 2. A close win or tie by Europe - shows progress by the U.S. May be interest in 2010 Ryder Cup. 3. A blowout win by the U.S. - may add intensity to the rivalry. I just hate blowouts. 4. A blowout win by the Euopeans - could be disasterous. The PGA may not need to reserve any more sites for the Ryder Cup beyond what is already reserved (2016 or 2020). Would this discourage Tiger or Phil form participating in 2010?
