Heres a thread for any type of prediction you have for the 2008 pga or lpga tour!

My predictions:

Michelle Wie will lose popularity more and more..... and Tiger Woods will have another long streak of tournament wins.

Ernie Els will make a surge on the PGA moving up to #2.
The Europeans will continue their Ryder Cup dominance (sadly ).
Lorena Ochoa will solidify her world #1 ranking.

Europe will win the ryder cup,but it will be closer.
A european will win one of the majors ( pretty vague i know)
Taylor made will launch several 'new' ultimate drivers.
Annika will get back the number 1 spot.

and the sun will come up on most days! Nothing like going out on a limb.

phil will be healthy and win a major

There will be alot of Hype about the Ryder Cup

The Free PGA fantasy pool will be even worse than this year
John Daly will park his wontabego at a Hooters and sign anything for money
David Duvall will lolly gag around the tour for another year shooting in the 80's
Lumpy will go on a fitness craze loose 70lbs and his swing in the process and shot in the 80's (see David Duvall)
Mike Weir, Justin Rose, and Charles Howell will all be tied for the lead going into sunday and will blow it (probably more than once)
Jason Day will be the next sensation since Sergio broke onto the scene
and finally Tiger Woods will win the Fed Ex Cup and may even give it that first kiss that was advertized up the yin yang this year and never done by the man when he actually got it this year - (Can you say issues)

The PGA may be considering another alternative to the Fed Ex Cup. They may consider reducing purses after the Fed Ex ends.

After a blowout in the 2008 Ryder Cup, the US will finally think outside the box and ask Nicklaus to be their next captain.

Suzann Pettersen will be a solid #2 behind Ochoa. Question is who will be #3 (Creamer, Sorenstam, Webb, Pressel, Kerr).

John Daly gets a divorce.

A 20-something Euro has a breakthrough year.

Rory releases a clothing line in which all articles bear the image of a human skull.

Davis Love III, Charles Howell III, and Jack Nicklaus sign deals with Rory and wear skull adorned clothing.

There is a young Irish player on the way through just now,he has secured his card for the european tour next year,becoming the youngest person to do so.RORY MCILROY, remember the name,and he is 18.

He's been talked about on the Golf Channel with some frequency and he will be something to watch.

I've watched that McIlroy in a few Euro tourneys and he made the cut in all of the ones I saw. I think he's quite composed and mature for his age. I think he'll do well.

Woods will win British Open and USPGA
Harrington will win US Open
Mickelson will learn how to punch the air like a man rather than a wimpy half hearted girly effort!!
I will win US Amatuer Championship
I will stop dreaming one day!
